Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit localnetpro.com, book a consultation, or work with us. By using our site or services, you agree to this Policy.

1) Information we collect
  • You provide: name, email, phone, company, job title, message content, booking details, and billing details if you become a client.

  • Automatic data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, approximate location.

  • Cookies and similar tech: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, CRM and form tracking, session cookies (site operation), analytics cookies (performance), and advertising cookies (personalization/measurement).

  • Client data: If you engage us, we may process your marketing data (campaign data, lead data, website analytics, and CRMs). You remain the Controller; we act as a Processor per your instructions.

2) How we use information
  • Provide and improve the site, respond to inquiries, and deliver services.

  • Analyze performance and measure campaigns.

  • Personalize content and advertising, including retargeting.

  • Prevent fraud, secure our services, and comply with the law.

  • Communicate about updates, offers, and events (you can opt out anytime).

3) Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

We process data based on consent, contract, legitimate interests (such as site security, service improvement, and marketing), and legal obligations.

4) Sharing of information

We share data with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, ad platforms, CRM, email tools, scheduling tools, payment processors).

  • Advertising partners (Google, Meta) for measurement and ad personalization where permitted.

  • Legal/disclosure if required by law or to protect rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” data for targeted advertising where the law defines “share” (see state rights below).

5) Cookies and tracking choices
6) Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it per our retention schedules and client contracts.

7) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure.

8) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale/share, and data portability.

  • EEA/UK: You may also complain to your data protection authority.

  • California and other US state laws (CPRA/CPA/CTDPA/UCPA/VCDPA): you can request access/deletion/opt-out.
To exercise rights, email contact@localnetpro.com. To opt out of sale/share or targeted advertising where applicable, use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer.

9) International transfers

If we transfer data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

10) Controller vs Processor
  • For website visitors and our marketing, Local Net Pro is the Controller.

  • For client marketing data processed on your behalf, we are a Processor under a Data Processing Addendum upon request.

11) Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
